Quick & Easy Breakfast: Cereal girl? Try Going LEAN!|
Some people rely on their cereal as their go-to morning mean. I go through my phases… the crunch mixed with the cold milk just seems to hit the spot. The trick with cereal is picking one that has multiple nutritional benefits.
Say it with fiber
Sure, every now and then you need your Lucky Charms. But these sugar cereals are probably not going to give your system the morning boost it needs to get through a hectic day at school or in the office.
Try GoLean products. The Original GoLean cereal has 140 calories in a cup, with 10 grams of fiber and 13 grams of protein. There are many other cereals that provide the same benefits as GoLean: look for low calories and sugars, high protein and fiber.
