Charlie Graham is founder and CEO of Shop It To Me, hailed as one of 12 web sites that "revolutionized shopping" (Lucky) and 14 sites changing the way we shop (Mashable).

The fast-growing ecommerce company was founded on the concept of providing consumers with the most personalized sale shopping experience on the web. Each consumer curates their own designers, brands, retailers, sizes and price preferences. Shop It To Me then searches its 200 member retailers to find exactly what each consumer wants, and sends a personalized email alert. Members so love receiving Salemail, that they describe their communiques as "addictive," "dangerous," and the "perfect coffee companion."

When Charlie launched the enterprise in 2005, while still at HBS, he sold retailers on his concept when he had no subscribers - and signed up consumers with few retailers on board. Charlie took the company from bootstrapping to raising venture capital.

His organization today boasts more than four million subscribers, and 200+ retail members - and it continues to grow.
